I have a background in IT and have worked in various roles, including as a DevOps Engineer.

Today, I offer tech services through my company, Eventually Consistent. Whether it’s DevOps work—deploying infrastructure—or Wix website development, I try to collaborate only with people whose projects I believe in (usually small teams) and help them however I can, even by contributing to their company strategies.

Outside of work, I have a wide range of interests—from DIY projects and gardening to learning how to play the guitar.

If you’ve landed on this page, you’re probably interested in another one of my hobbies: experimenting with cool apps, trying to move away from big tech, and self-hosting as much as possible. I’ve spent a lot of time exploring different tools and troubleshooting their quirks. That’s why I decided to write down my experiences—hoping to save you time and frustration by sharing what I’ve learned.

Like everything I do, I aim for a balance between ease of installation and system quality. You won’t find overkill solutions here, but also nothing insecure or unusable.

I tried to capture this philosophy in my company’s name. Eventual consistency is a consistency model used in distributed computing systems, where short-term trade-offs in data consistency are made in favor of availability and partition tolerance. In other words, the perfect world doesn’t exist, and I work on a best-effort basis.

At the end of the day, I think my tutorials are made for lazy tech enthusiasts like me—people who want to understand what they’re using while also having a simple, one-command deployment method with good enough security, without needing to memorize every RFC by heart.
